Cinema is the fifth studio album (fourth not including 'Cities') from The Cat Empire. The album was mixed and mastered the following month after its Feb/March recording, before the official release date announcement of June 25, 2010.

The album's closing track track 'Beyond All', (a "band favourite") was released on the band's MySpace page and gained Triple J airplay before later becoming available as a free download on their the official website. The first single, 'Feeling's Gone' (with the b-side 'Beyond All), was also released on the band's Myspace page a week before the official single release.
