A full length advance release of Jackson Jackson's first studio album, The Fire is on The Bird, was pressed and released by Virgin Australia in 2007. It was originally sent to reviewers and critics before the album's release. The promo comes with the disc inside a printed cardboard slipcase. Although this release is now out of print, copies have appeared through sellers such as Redeye Records in Sydney and Rare Records in Melbourne.
