The Cat Empire - Australian promotional releases - So Many Nights (2007)

A full length advance release of The Cat Empire's fourth studio album, So Many Nights, was pressed and released by Virgin Australia in 2007. This was sent out to reviewers and critics before the release of the album as a disc inside a folded, printed piece of glossy paper (all contained in a plastic sleeve). The release has no catalogue number. Few copies have appeared on eBay and other related websites (although I wouldn't classify it as hard to obtain).

The track listing is as follows:
1. So Many Nights - 3:33 - F Riebl
2. Panama - 3:16 - F Riebl
3. Fishies - 3:11 - F Riebl, H Angus
4. Darkness - 5:19 - H Angus (notice the lack of the prefix 'The' in this release)
5. No Longer There - 3:57 - F Riebl
6. Lonely Moon - 3:48 - H Angus
7. Sunny Moon - 3:07 - F Riebl
8. So Long - 3:29 - F Riebl
9. No Mountain - 3:28 - F Riebl
10. Strong Coffee - 3:34 - F Riebl
11. Til The Ocean Takes Us All - 3:22 - H Angus, F Riebl
12. Voodoo Cowboy - 4:02 - H Angus
13. Radio Song - 3:09 - F Riebl
14. Won't Be Afraid - 4:11 - The Cat Empire (all six members contributed to this track)

  1. hmm. My copy looks different than yours in two ways:

    1. On the front & the back, the words SO MANY NIGHTS (in orange) are in a different font completely.
    2. While the print on your disc appears in bold, everything on my disc is in regular. Also, I don't have the disclaimer writing around the edge.
